How to be more happy in your life immediately

Why everyone wants to be happy?

Some people might think — Those who have tons of money are the happiest persons in the world. If you think so, you are definitely wrong. I have seen a lot miserable millionaires. Not only money makes you happy always.

The main reason why people are unhappy is they don’t know how to be happy and enjoy each and every second with full spirit.

In my college days, I used to be miserable. I don’t know how to be happy with the time I have. The inferiority complex made me sorrowful. I couldn’t find the reason why I was behaving at that time.

Now, I’m very energetic, 10x times more happy than ever. I’m very confident to take risks.


A hormone — Dopamine is released when you are really happy and laugh at your stomach blast.

I learnt some tactics from my Mentors, friends and trial-and-error method which really allow the abundance of happiness in my life. This post I have created to share my happiness hacks with you.

1. Spend your money on experiences

Researchers have shown that, it’s not who earns more than 1L per month happy. Those who spend their money on experiences will be the most happier persons in the world. Experiences are nothing but the learning. which makes you the “better person”. The more you knowledgeable, the more you valuable.

Here is your new checklist:

  1. Move your ass — explore the world. Travel a lot.
  2. Buy new books. Be curious to learn more. Attend webinars,meetings, conferences and group discussions on your favorite topics. You can connect with like-minded people virtually. Make use of social media.
  3. Feed the slum and animals near your living area. See the joy in their eyes.
  4. Experiment is the best way to learn more. If you are able to do, every second can add value to your life.
  5. Donate your storeroom things to orphans and flood-relief teams. Be proud of you.

Happiness is at your doorstep. You should bring it in your life with action. Try this and see the change in you. (Let me know meanwhile).


2. Consume less — Apply more

Due to high rate of comparison in social media, we ourselves lost the happiness. That social media’s cool lifestyle isn’t possible always. Everyone has to give a fuck about themselves, their survival and career.

Mind will be overwhelmed with more useless stuff. Eventually, we wouldn’t apply anything into our life which creates a negative impact on us.

How much you read is not more important than how much you apply in your life.

Instead of reading and watching more, control the content inflow. Whatever you read, apply it in your life,journal the results, push yourself harder.


3. Enjoy the small moments

Life is all about enjoying the small moments. Earlier, I used to focus on big goals, big actions and big results. Result — Demotivation /Embarrasing of not achieving that BIG things quickly.

When I shifted my focus from BIG to small, it felt happy and satisfaction. Feel the small moments like Morning coffee with your spouse — sense every sip of coffee and its aroma or lifting dumbell in the Gym — every muscle tissue is being broken and sense the pain consciously. Focus on task at hand. Wherever you are, be sure you are there.

Create a filter in your mind to capture the small moments. Even, Goals are high, you should start and achieve the small results, get addicted to the small results will eventually lead to Success.

Great things are done by a series of small things brought together


4. ME time — One hour a day

Due to high workload, responsibilities, tensions make the mind a dump yard. Do whatever you like. One hour a day. If not possible, at least half-an-hour.

Here are my favorites:

Listen the favorite music:

Instead of 200 songs one time. take a song and listen 200 times. Enjoy each and every beat, lyric and music instrument. Feel the joy in the mind. Become an Observer to enjoy the small background sounds inside the song.

Play games:

Even, it is in smartphone, with full sound, involve into the game and enjoy it fullest. Forget the outside world. Become the character in the game, strive to win and embrace failures. I love to play Odyssey

Dance mindlessly:

Open Gaana, put the theme on “rock party” Fold your sleeves — -Dance. F**k your shy out. Just move your hands, legs and whatever you like, just move them. Sweat out. Within 20 minutes, dopamine and endorphins will release from your body which makes you very happy.

Not only dance is an exercise, it is a therapy to depression. Play your favourite song and dance everyday.

Exercise:

I love to spend more time on Gym to challenge for strength and fitness. Do some exercise. If you don’t like it, stick to the dance at least or go for Zumba dance or aerobics.

5. Be Grateful

Gratitude is the one of the prominent feeling which gives self-satisfaction, which turns into Happiness. You are reading here means you are living a decent life. Be grateful about what you have. Do you really want some examples!! Here we go:

Be grateful of parents who worked very hard raising us so far.

Be grateful of the food we eat, place we sleep and water we drink.

Be grateful of your Job. If you have business, you should be grateful to your customers, employees and all others those who are helping now.

Be grateful of our spouses and kids who adore us more than anyone in this world.

Be grateful of our friends who become companions in this unique journey.

and so on.

Before going to sleep, on the bed, close your eyes, repeat your gratitude list.

The long list you have, the more happy you are. What you sow can reap easily.

Your mind is more likely to take instructions seriously before and after sleep.When we sow the happiness and satisfaction seeds before sleep. They will grow over time, within the short span, you will be more happier.
