The ephemeral smile

The little nose flattened on the glass door

While the view penetrated in

The vigour in those eyes

The smile on the lips was ethereal but ephemeral too i knew

I used to look at the stars like that

Far awayed source of pleasure

The cakes were like the stars to you

Difference lies though in condition

I never felt the burning urge in my stomach when i saw the stars

U had that ,

the Christmas lights the varieties of cakes were like a dream

On those open large bright eyes

As I handed you a small piece-

I saw wonder

I saw god

In your smile. The innocence flowed

Hard to handle what it showed

My world seemed bettered

Your flowing brightness loosened my shackles and fretters

There lies truth and there lies beauty

I m not Keats

But you are my nature and your smile my God!
