I have a minor query Gareth Johnson . I’m wondering if a direct assessment of the applicants use of digital communication was a component of your process. Seeing as a function of the position appears to be that of organizing events on a digital/global scale. I’m also curious to know if you conducted any web searches on them to assess their online etiquette and what anyone outside of your company would find if they searched their name online.
