I write in Third Space, i.e. remotely, as a digital nomad. I carry a notebook at all times: the thoughts and inspirations come in seemingly spontaneous waves, which I prefer. I do find that solitude and a comfortable seat are best for fully composing a piece. Charles Dickens took daily walks, as a way of seeking inspiration while observing life, but I know that endorphin rush from a brisk walk must’ve cleared his mind as well.
