Eid Ul-Adha message from Dr Nowhera Shaik (National President, MEP)

India is celebrating Eid ul- adha (Bakra Eid) on 22nd of August, Bakra Eid or Eid-ul-Adha is one of the most important festivals celebrated by the followers of Islam. On the auspicious occasion of Eid ul- adha (Bakra Eid) Dr. Nowhera Shaik the national president of ‘All India Mahila Empowerment Party’ and the CEO of Heera Group of Company extended her warm greeting and good wishes to everyone for health and prosperity.

On the auspicious occasion Eid-ul-Adha, the founder and National President of ‘All India Mahila Empowerment Party’ Dr Nowhera Shaik said, “Eid-ul-Adha is the occasion when the almighty Allah appeared in the dream to Ibrahim and asked him to sacrifice his only son Ismail as an act of obedience. Eid-ul-Adha or Bakra Eid remembers Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son as a test of faith and the rewards he received thereafter.”

At the same time, she also put her concern on the devastation caused by the flood in Kerala and the loss of life and property. Dr. Nowhera Shaik has donated one crore rupees for the Kerala Flood Victims and one hundred metric tonnes of rice. She has also announced to build a shelter for the destitute and orphans who lost their near and dear ones in the flood.

‘All India Mahila Empowerment Party’ is the brainchild of Dr. Nowhera Shaik with an agenda to empower the woman. In 2018 the MEP made its electoral debut in Karnataka State Assembly election. The MEP is going to contest the parliamentary election next year. The party president has announced that it will contest on all the seat of the Lok Sabha across India. The MEP will contest the next general election for Lok Sabha on the agenda of woman empowerment with the slogan “Justice for Humanity.”

MEP respect all and welcomes all in its party. MEP believes in the principle of unity in diversity. The MEP party members belong from every section of society. Nowhera Shaik also said that the party stands for unity among Indians. It is meant to bring “justice for mankind” and for the democratic values enshrined in the constitution of India. According to one party source MEP is gearing up for the 2019 Lok Sabha election and will contest in every constituency of Lok Sabha. Woman and development will remain at the top of the agenda for MEP.
