Marginal difference? Are you serious right now? Even in his limited role, Love is a much, much better player. He’s an infinitely better rebounder and passer, a better post player, and is nowhere near as bad defensively.
You seem to think Anderson is actually worth something, so let me clarify this for you: Anderson’s contract is one of the worst in the league, and that probably didn’t even need the “one of” qualifier. He’s not someone you accept in return for an asset, he’s someone you accept as the *cost* of *receiving* an asset. The Ntilikana+1st+Anderson package is something you offer a team that’s just starting a rebuild (e.g. Brooklyn) so they’ll facilitate your trade. It’s not something you offer to a contender for an All-Star point guard on a team-friendly contract. Unless you’re looking to have people laugh and/or spit in your face.
