I attended my 2nd Lean Product & Lean UX meetup yesterday for a talk by Ellen Chisa where she presented an interesting framework to find a balance and manage the deluge of ideas that PMs deal with. I loved that she included art (vision) and described the creative process inspired by art as a part of her framework!
