this:
is a new promise to myself
if I feel angry,
write.
if I feel frustrated,
write.
if I feel sad,
write.
if I feel excited!
write.
I want to capture all of the experiences where I felt and lived and I grieved and I weeped.
I want them all
taken down
for my future self
to reflect back on.
I’m doing this for me.
And I deserve this time for myself.
