You’re trying something new. You have never done it before. Things were going great at the start. Suddenly progress has halted. It hurts to even think about it. Not physically but emotionally.
Why To Continue?
An important question to ask is what is the danger of NOT getting it. Of not pushing through. A series of questions you can ask yourself.
Does the goal still excite you when you hear it?
Can you imagine your life without it?
Do you like the person you are becoming whilst in pursuit of this?
Does it make you better?
Are you learning something new?
What is the biggest lesson you have learnt on this journey?
It is all about perspective and sometimes you may just need to either realign yours and change it all entirely.
