For those in England, no this is not WHSmith no, this could be far from it.
It is simply these 3 things.
1. Hope to accomplish
2. Want to improve
3. Stop doing
Before you begin your day it is good to have a grounded compass as we can get swept up in this vortex of life. Start off with 1 in each category/or however many you choose and build from there.
We always dream forwards or are stuck in the past. This is a way to keep us tethered to the present with incremental and small improvements everyday.
