Are You Considering Intermittent Fasting?

For the last eight months or so, I have been fasting the evening meal (no dinner unless eating out with friends), and a full day fast from Sat afternoon until Sunday afternoon every week. I eat a large breakfast and a small lunch and try to stay hydrated. Lost about 20 lbs and have kept a continuous exercise routine 5 days a week. Keep getting a little stronger and lost inches from waist. I’m surprised that reduced intake doesn’t leave me “tired” or “weak”. I’m 65 years old and stay close to 170 lbs but have gotten below 165 on occasion.
