I really like what you have said here. I put a block of time aside to meditate and I spend most it saying ok now you have to meditate. I end up more stressed then when I started. but there are times when I’m doing favorite things that I slip into “the zone” and I am so feeling better after. thank you for putting it in that perspective.

Now you want to take a shot at journaling. So many people say you well feel so much better writing a journal. But I don’t,It causes me more stress trying it then not. I talk to God, I talk to myself, I tell other people what I’m thinking, when I have the need. Why do I need to write it all down. Is it for the same reason I need to “sit and be in the moment”, because someone said so.

I really do enjoy your work and hope you continue. Thanks for sharing…
