I’ve Written 100 Posts on Medium, Here’s What I’ve Learned
Paul Cantor

I think I started following you when you wrote that Cuepoint piece you mentioned. Your story here resonates with me quite a bit. From being down-and-out writer at a certain age. Writing an article about being 30 (which I coincidentally did as well!). And just being persistent as fuck. I admire that. And I admire the work you’ve put in to hone your craft — namely the music biz, day-to-day life, and everything in between.

The way you’ve leveraged Medium to get better at writing is commendable and it’s something that speaks volumes for the work ethic needed to succeed, at not only writing, but at life in general. I can only dream of having the marquee year that you’ve mentioned here, but if anything, it’s pure motivation for me to get up off my ass and stop it with the Netflix binge-watching, social media obsessive, ‘sweatpants all day’-wearin’ ass lifestyle that I indulge in.

I won’t ramble on, but in short, I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy the hell out of the unique voice you lend to this platform.

I look forward to the next 100, sir.
