How to stand out, what is an opportunity?

An opportunity is anything that will make you look above average. Most of us think of it as something big but in reality most opportunities are small. It is the accumulation of small achievements that makes the difference. For example, you are asked to interview a candidate. Find a way to do it better, better questions, better summary, more observations etc.
