The secret sauce in all of this would be your software. If you make this scooter a thinking scooter, that starts to understand the owner and starts assisting in planning esp w.r.t to charging points, how much juice does the scooter has, accurate mileage predictions ( given traffic and road conditions ), best starting times. Sync up with mobile etc then overall owner user experience will dramatically improve. Even in petrol scooter, we worry when is the petrol gonna run out and do we have on petrol pump nearby. But a smart assistive scooter can allay these fear.
