I am glad that Fowler’s article is getting attention and is empowering other women in tech to come forward, but we have to find a way that non- well-known, “engineer being engineer” women’s complaints, say from accounting, analysts, customer success, Product, Biz dev, marketing, sales, legal, HR, facilities, are also taken seriously. What they face is no less than what the engineers go through and often without the job-security that would allow them to walk away from a situation.
