I’ll keep a lookout for this amongst my friends, thanks for describing it so clearly. It is almost as if they get pleasure not just from the food itself (most of the time it is awful cookies or Halloween candy) but from anticipating the pain of the workout. If that’s what they want why don’t they just get into masochism?
