Great to see someone in their early 30’s work on their habits. Most just let the moment take it’s course.

I’m an advocate of habits too. There’s cool behavioral science behind them, most of which I learned from the bestseller in this field — The Power of Habits, by Charles Duhigg. You’d love it.

I heard it as an audiobook as I travelled back and forth everyday in bus. Routinized it :)
