Practicing happiness to boost your success
I am going to share my experience at early stage of my life. During my school life,I was weak student in my class the main reason was negative thinking about class environment in term of class teacher fear. I consider myself that I am a weak student in class, so I don’t prepare my homework on daily basis. When I go to school my class fellows told today I don’t complete my homework so the teacher will punished me, in the end I escape from school. The main purpose of my above discussion that due to my negative thinking about class punishment I don’t went to school although it was not happen in reality, only my negative thinking urges me to leave the school.
I practiced two step of success
1)Exercise
2) Journaling
These exercise are very helpful. I want to continue it .When I came in university I was very weak in confidence this is also the branch of negative thinking. And now I feel that I can do talk with every one with full of confidence I read newspaper on daily basis because I fresh my mind to read different news about sports or some international especially on Sunday I read a page which is related about science and technology. From this page can learn too much about science which pay important role in our lives and make our lives so easy.
