Building World’s First No-Employee Remote Company
Nitesh Agrawal

I used to have a job like this. My manager basically let me come in any time that I want or work from home occasionally and so everyday felt like the weekends.

To make it a success is really about hiring the right ppl and this doesn’t need to involve extremely technical tests, but more importantly, a person’s personality and their willingness to get the job done.

Once you get the right ppl, they will deliver. When you give them freedom and flexibility, they won’t forget it and will in return deliver you their best results.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
