Great post! Breaking rhythm is extremely helpful to trigger mindfulness, creativity and a series of responses in our brain (due to the “new” and uncertainty).

How do you balance between going deep in a domain / activity and exploring new/different things? Alternatively, do you intentionally ‘automate’ certain aspects of your life such that you can be more deliberate (‘manual’) in others?
