You looked up “local lemon laws” and decided that they should also apply to Federal law? Man, you are really grasping at straws here. Why can’t you just admit that you are a selfish individual with poor decision making? Oh right, because that would make you look bad.
Here’s some more ammo for your self-righteous crusade: student loans are the only form of consumer debt that cannot be discharged in bankruptcy (except under extreme circumstances). Perhaps you should rail against that in your next screed on why you shouldn’t make a good faith effort to repay the loans that you took out.
