He’s been waiting to drop this because he knew there would be a time we would desperately need it — a time when all hope seems gone and a brighter tomorrow appears vanquished.

God damn this joint is funky as hell. Good work, POTUS.

I listen to this and think Obama really could win a back-road fistfight with Putin over shots of whiskey and Gary Clark playing in the background.

Acid Rain- Chance the Rapper

The fact that leader of the free world is listening to Chance the Rapper deep cuts from 2013 should be enough to give him four more years.

Lows:

LoveHate Thing- Wale ft. Sam Dew

What the fuck, Obama? Despite Wale being the WOAT, the beat rides pretty smooth so maybe we won’t impeach him over this.

The Man- Aloe Blacc

I am convinced this a track an adviser put on because the administration didn’t want to stir up emotions by putting FDT by YG on it. The Man hasn’t been hot since 2014 and even then it wasn’t hot.

Classic Man- Jidenna

No hyperbole here: this is the worst song ever recorded.
