This article is the best I read about sleep. I’ve been struggling with waking up early since my teenage years, and I could relate to almost everything you said. I always read articles about how to become an early bird but never found anything useful, it all talks about ideal stuff and too many changes at a time. It all seemed to follow same rhythm as well.
This was really helpful and I am gonna start following this plan NOW. Thank you for writing about it.
And the ruminating this. PLEASE write about it if you get to your goal. I recently bought a journal to try to solve this, specially that it takes me forever to fall asleep sometimes just by thinking about things over and over. It got much better since I started the “Why I can’t sleep” journal where I dubm anything inside my head in there when I can’t sleep. But I’d love to hear about it from you when you get to your goal :)
