We have pointed out a problem which is common and very severe in Pakistan. This problem is about 
 “Selection of a career right for you and selection of right Academic path for this career”. In Pakistan most of the students when enters to university. It’s a time every one of us has faced. Then we know what problems we faced. To eliminate the problems by helping firstly we have to list them.

1. There are many people at that time to guide by their own ways. No doubt all this guidance is good but due to a number of pieces of guidance our mind become distracted and confused.

2. Due to armature mind set students not able to differentiate between career , hobbies, needs, jobs, passion etc. So they select a wrong academic path to reach their destination.

3. Some students have no concern with their talent, interests, or subjects in which they are good. They follow the “ Trend set”. It means they take admission in programs which are common in people now a days. Some of them try to go to the programs which are not so familiar to make their own impressive trend set. Both of these situations are not true.

4. Some students faces lake of information problems due to lake of internet access , lake of interest of reading news papers, lake of networking. So they miss a chance which is true for them.

So these are some basic reasons that everyone of us had in past and now everyone in newcomers is facing the same problems due to these reasons.

How to overcome these problems? 
 We are human beings and we can find out the solutions to these problems. It is said that “ Reasons are the solutions which have to apply”. So all the reasons to these problems are the solution if we change them. 
 Our first reason for selection of wrong academic path is “ Listening to a number of pieces of guidances”. To overcome it 
 * Students should think upon all the suggestions and align every suggestion to their passion. 
 * Research about every suggestion deeply and know its scope and value. 
 * Try to talk with the people that are in this field already to find the real life aspect of this field. 
 The second reason is “armature mind set and difference between hobbies , jobs, career.”
 This is the reason in which only students are not included but also this problem is due to the ignorance from Education ministry. To overcome this 
 * There should be a proper plat form set by government to guide the students like “ Pre admission sessions” at each college and school. In these sessions students should be taught about the difference between career, job, hobbies etc. These sessions should be like Amal Academy. 
 *Class teachers should be trained by government to tell the students for future problems and goals of life and not only the academic courses. ‘
