“Kindness is a mark of faith, and whoever is not kind
has no faith.”
Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)

“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and blind can see.”(Mark Twain)

Kindness is the thing or gesture which nobody can buy or sale, its just an action with kind heart feelings. And no act of kindness is ever wasted whether it is small or big.And if you think no body thankful to you for your kindness then always remember one thing that Allah see you and also your acts, and if Allah is with you then you must have not need of another person thanks because Allah will definitely grant you with award In Sha Allah.

Hence,by the grace of Allah,I spent this whole week for others and solved some problems of others as I could.

1 Fee submission:

Firstly, being honestly my first act of kindness was not according to thought in back mind that I will do this act because I have to done as it is my project ,no,absolutely not.And that was actually next week we have to submit our semester fee and my class fellow live out of town,so she can not come in Faisalabad due to Eid. Hence, she contacted with me and requested to submit her fee,so without any second thought I agreed and now I will submit her fee next week In Sha Allah. And She was so happy and prayed for me and my parents. So after this I feel that our life main purpose to solve other problems and not just yourself,s only.

2 LinkedIn profile:

Secondly, when I saw a profile of my cousin on LinkedIn,that was so unprofessional that it looked like a monster:).So I called her and gave instructions as I learned in previous online course in Amal Academy. She attached an actor picture on her profile picture and in background she attached common picture of LinkedIn,I changed both that pictures. She did not mention any thing in summary so I helped her in writing summary and headline of the profile. In experience section, she did not mention any thing then I mentioned her Academy teaching experience there. In education section, she did not mention anything in description block so I mentioned some detail there. She was so surprised after looking her profile and I learned from this that if you have learned anything from any resource then its your responsibility that you must also aware other person from that thing or work.

3 Jobs:

Thirdly,I found a post on Facebook regarding Physiotherapy jobs in Lahore and Peshawar so I shared these posts with my seniors and in Physiotherapy group. They thanked me,I felt that if you want to become successful then firstly you must also think about your surrounding people because you can only achieve your goals by creating a WIN WIN SITUATION.

4 Thank you message:

Fourthly,in last week I attended a seminar regarding What to do after graduation in Physical Therapy in which Physiotherapists from Canada,USA,UAE also invited with Physiotherapist from all over the Pakistan. So I personally thanks to my teacher who arranged this seminar and acknowledged his work for Physiotherapy community specially for junior Physiotherapists.I learned from this if someone doing something for you then you must also thankful to that person because in this way you can get two benefits, first is you appreciate her/him and secondly you encourage him/her to do more things like that.

5 Water for birds:

And lastly,I went to my terrace and put water in a bowl so that birds could drink water from it.And believe me during this work I was so happy because we work for humans but not too much for animals.Hence,I learned that do also something for other living things like plants, animals because it ultimately give benefit to human beings.

These are the five acts I did in this week but in this whole week I controlled my anger, emotions a lot of time because by doing above acts, a lot of positive vibes around me and it helps me to control unpleasant things.I am feeling very happy Al Hamdulila after doing this project.
