The Good:
Every morning or evenings of navgurukul bangalore campus, girls can see the most refreshing scenario the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening near the lake side.This very sight can calm and energise our minds we are blessed to get our campus in such a beautifull place.
Manan bhaiya a volunteer took a class on how to write a proper professional email,its like everyone’s worry some or the other time to how to write a good professional email.It was a very interactive class where we got to know about the different usefull phrases that we can use while writing an email.
A student of our campus Komal Bhatt had gone for a manthan to Puvidham school(an organization that works on developing effective organic farming techniques and providing a child-centered education environment for children )Komal experienced many diffrerent ways of how to teach student how to interact with them,farming,flooring and many others things which inspired her.
Kamal Bhaiya took a very interactive session about the basic concepts of backend and frontend.Kamal Bhaiya is a full stack developer in Hackerank company.He shared more information on how a server works.
“Ladder of success” the keys of success is designed by our students they have hung this ladder in the classroom so whenever the students goes into the classroom read it and get really inspired by it.
Academic circles a compulsory meeting for evryone ,where we see if our last week’s agenda was completed how many students completed their agenda and how many students didnt complete and if not completed why not completed ,asking the student are they facing any difficulties in the studies. All the study related issues and things are discussed in the meeting.
Abhishek this month interviewed all the students himself,which was a good thing where many students were afraid of how the interview will be taken and all but the interview was really good as all got confidence and did it really well.
Christmas celbration many students went to church and celebrated it with joy and happiness,it was blissfull day all girls in the church feeling blessed.
In this month the three days which was declared as holidays as we had to not use our laptops,we had this three days to get know each other and build a bond within the community.It was really fun ,all the lakeside swimming clases,tree-climbing,life maping(where everyone shares about their life journey) those three days were worth it.
English clases were first divided into two groups the intermidiate and the beginners and we had different activities planned foe them and then slowly we needed to improvise it so know we again have changed the process and know we have five group leaders for the english activty and the other students are lead by the group leaders.
A new process has being created for the general body and the council members to create their issues and assign the issues to the related council member. Then the council member updates like is she working on it or the issue is sorted out.This process helps us and everyone to know the flow of the issue.
React students are attending the sessions held at Number Z company,where they are learning the backend express js and given tasks also.If the students can complete the task their are chances that they can hire which is really good news as our students will be getting into jobs.
Council members meetings are regular so that we have the updates of everything going on and all the problems are sorted out quickly.
Its being 15 days we didnt get budget but we are still somehow managing everything which is a good thing.
The Bad:
Their is too much food wastage this month as many people are not getting food outside ,here we are wasting food so much which is the bad thing.
In ng this month we lost 3k and we dont know who took it but the whole ng is know suffering for that,from three weeks their is no money in ng the basic things in the kitchen are also not available so we need to learn how to manage the things properly.
Many girls have gone this month for holidays and exams related ,so the ng stength also decreased.
The hygiene of ng is not maintained the dustbins are always filled and not clean which is not good for our health.
The general body is not much not communicating with the council members.
Too much of miscommunications are created which is not good for the community.
The Ugly:
Many girls are going home and they are not coming back also .
