Interesting post! I have never tweeted at a company, but one of my friends tweeted at Olive Garden wishing they had breadsticks delivery and they sent her a box full of their mint chocolate. It was really funny and it showed that the company really listens to its customers!
Nicholas, thank you for your insight on sports! And yes, this is a pattern that can be seen throughout different segmentations of the market. And what is amazing is that there is always someone who is willing to spend these extra bucks for the status that these products bring. Please keep bringing more of your understanding in sports! I really appreciate this exchange.
Thank you, Jennifer! I believe consumer behavior is a path that really interests me. And I agree with you: there are other products with similar quality that are way cheaper than Kylie’s lipsticks and I would totally buy the less expensive ones.
Thank you, Rafaela! It really is an issue that we don’t take in consideration when sharing personal information online. We tend to think that only people around our social circle are the ones who have access to that information but that is not true.
