Some say eat high fat and low carb. Some say eat high protein. Some say eat vegetarian(which includes dairy). Some say Be a Vegan(excludes dairy). Some say stop eating grains because they are the cause of inflammatory reaponse inside the body. Some say we have to intermittent fast. Some say we have to fast every 15 days. What ever any body says these things only work when we stop eating from commercially produced feed. The primary cause of all the health issues is commercially produced food. Two generations ago we didn’t have the diseases we have today. People were hunter gatherers long time back they didn’t have heart attacks. The real diet is the food we eat from home made items. The food we grow ourselves for our own consumption. Food is not business. Food is devine. Food is medicine.
