I have good experience of dealing with procrastination by Pomodoro technique. I applied this technique to an online project which I was not trying to do. It was not difficult for me at all but experience when knowing that I’m applying this technique was interesting. It helped me a lot as It promoted a working schedule to work for 25 minutes under distraction-free environment, and then break for 5 minutes. This five minute break kept my mind fresh and focused. Then repeat and noting down each time’s success or failure. “That’s 25 minutes of steady, focused work on one task. No multitasking. No emails. No phone calls. No checking Facebook. Nothing! No distractions allowed.” I completed the project in very short time than that I was expecting. While I’m thinking about to apply this technique for all of upcoming projects and performing well after that without getting stressed. I am also thinking to apply the same working techniques in my daily working space.
Experience :
I have written my experience to use this technique first time by giving the answers to these following questions.
