It was a bizarre feeling working on a product you know next to nothing about. The design team was only given 1 week ahead of the development schedule to get something ready. The first version of Bindo POS, an iPad register app with advanced business features, came out back in May 2013. By then it had already gone through a few iterations by several designers, including the talented Sean Farrell. Soon after iOS 7 was launched, I was tasked with a redesign to fit the new look. In January 2014, version 2.0 was released and as you’d expect from any hasty work, it was… unremarkable.
