While your article does cover the on demand service industry as it functions today, I wonder if you had any thoughts on how you would deal with a non-human interface (some form of artificial intelligence in the future) delivering service beyond your expectation. Would you still consider tipping even if there wasn’t a human interface? If so, how would you do it?
