How to Send Certificates
Sending and issuing certificates for an event or webinar is now made very easy with the givemycertificate website. It has some easy and simplified steps which helps you issue verifiable certificates with scan code.
The following steps are enlisted below:
1. Go to https://givemycertificate.com/
2. Click on signup. Login with Google, Facebook or email id. If you don’t have an account then sign up with your details and then login.
3. After your login is done, Go to organisations tab.
4. Click on the ‘+’ option. Fill out the basic info like name, type of organisation, about your organization, establishment date, size of organisation, upload a logo, country, state, address, pin code, contact info and social media sites. Click on save. Thus your organization is created.
5. Next you move on to events. Click on the ‘+’ option. Fill out the name of the event, type of event, about the event, start date, end date and location type(offline/online).
6. Click on save and move on to templates.
7. Click on the ‘+’ option. Fill out the name of the template.
8. Click on save and then you will see an upload panel where you have to upload the certificate layout. You can get a layout from canva or edit it as per your requirements.
9. Click on save and it shows the layout.
10. Move on to certificates. Click on the ‘+’ option. Fill out the organisation name, event name, template name, certificate type and upload CSV.
11. You can get a sample CSV there itself.
12. Enter CSV string.
13. Click on fetch data which fetches the data you entered like name and email address.
14. Then comes email template. It shows a sample layout with download link of certificate and verification link of certificate. Make changes in the message as per your needs.
15. Click on submit job.
16. You can check the email in the email box.
17. For further information like sponsorship, it’s a very simple process, just you have to fill a form.
18. For sponsorship, go to the signup page and there you can see sponsorship option in the top.
19. Fill out the form with required basic details.
20. You will be contacted by the company within 24 hours.
