The key safeguard should be that there are limits to how much people can buy into the community or sell out of the community.
The key safeguards are limits on how Raxx tokens are distribution at membership ID is allocated starter tokens depending on how many followers they have.
ID members receive invites based on number of followers + influence. Invites can’t be bought and following must be real followers. Invitees can use their influence to gain more vote tokens for use in reputation. Reputation is used to punish bad actors in the community, people who use their reputation to do bad things are admonished.
Reputation should be earned… But it can be bought so long as there is some way to financially punish bad people. Focus on punishing bad guys who want to get reputation to do bad things.
Explain how you reward good guys who need reputation to do good things. What are bad things, who are the bad people? Why do the bad people want to do the bad things? Who are the good guys? What are they doing? Why are they doing it?
High Reputation ID’s are able to vote on escrow disputes and authenticity disputes as well as gain staked tokens as bounty hunters within the eco-system.
Also you may want to keep this token off of exchanges so its value isn’t manipulated by traders.

In addition if the Bancor contract only allows for whitelisted participants to obtain or sell Raxx then this guards against manipulation of the currency by people outside of the community.
