She spends her time at the mall, doing personal shopping for her clients, and organizing art events at warehouses. • Motivations — How does this person currently use the products on the market? How would they benefit from your product?
  • Alicia primarily works off of Etsy, Ebay, and Poshmark. She also has a Shopify store. Trying to coordinate all of these different stores is time-consuming, and high maintenance to respond on different platforms. It’s also challenging to work with a variety of payment systems. Alicia uses these platforms to make money and for her own obsession with fashion and having the freshest stuff & the coolest accessories. She uses Etsy for handmade goods and Ebay to sell luxury items (Gucci, Jordans. etc.). She buys and sells items on Poshmark. She uses Shopify to ‘drop ship’ (sell to businesses). Alicia wants to establish her own brand and offer more brand-focused products. She also wants to partner with bigger brands & companies.
  • Goals — What goals do they want to achieve when using this product? What problems are they trying to solve?
  • Alicia wants to establish her brand with her customer base and offer them the ability to vote on what she offers in her online drop ship store and use pre-sale crowdfunding to pay for it.
  • Alicia has Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Chase Quick Pay, she wants to get all of the payment streams into one account with the same transactions fees and seamless.
  • Alicia wants to reach a wide range of her customer base and consolidate them into one platform to nurture her following into pre-ordering for limited edition release dates instead of hectic and sprawling online-shops.
  • Frustrations — Issues they face when trying to use existing products.
  • Can’t cross databases — every platform is a silo. Same thing with the payment systems — they aren’t mesh-able.
  • Can’t gather all of her user data into one database or track purchase habits to increase sales.
  • Difficult to gage demand until items that are put up for sale — she puts items up for sale but they don’t sell out.

The yellow boxes (notes) are really good, they are the easiest to understand. Walk me through a few user stories as it relates to those boxes. 1. On boarding of new lessors 2. Customer perspective on boarding of new lessees
  1. Walk me through a few bad events where there is some loss. Walk me through a case where the lessee was negligent, lessor was negligent, both negligent.
  1. And cases where a loss occurred but not due to the fault of a participant but due to a factor or party outside the Raxx system.
  2. I want to see every loss scenario and user story
  3. And how they all get resolved
