MOU signing on February 24, 2019 with myself, GRAS President “Jane” SeonHwa Youn, Ph.D, and GRAS executive committee members

I’m excited to announce CRE Korea’s MOU (strategic alliance) with the Global Real estate Association of Seoul (GRAS) [ (사)서울글로벌부동산협회 ], an incorporated association (사단법인) under Seoul City, to cooperate together in order to build a program for real estate valuations in South Korea.

This MOU signing has been a few months in the making as I had the pleasure of meeting Jane Youn, Ph.D about three months ago in November 2018 at our CRE Korea WeWork Yeouido office.

Since getting to know Jane and learning about her vision for GRAS, I hoped our start-up could play a role in her larger vision not only for the South Korean real estate market, but globally, as GRAS has (and is building) relationships in Vietnam, Japan, and the US, in addition to its’ base of 120+ brokers/agents in South Korea.

It is Jane’s vision and her drive that makes me excited to be able to have the opportunity to work with her and her team of bilingual real estate professionals to enhance the South Korean real estate market’s competitiveness when it comes to real estate valuations.

I was invited to share our work with GRAS members at GRAS’ February meeting (February 20, 2019); it was great being able to connect with members, hear/take down their feedback, and answer questions

I know I’m not only speaking for myself, but our team at CRE Korea as I say that I’m sincerely looking forward to working with Jane and other GRAS members to refine our work at CRE Korea as we will be enabling GRAS members the opportunity to use our products to close more deals.
