How Supporting Hillary Clinton Became the Least Millennial Thing To Do

Several issues with your article. Even the simplest search would have shown Bernie has sponsored 780 bills and cosponsored 5,428. I know the posting you got your info from and I’m surprised anyone above the age of 10 believed it.

As a Vietnam Veteran I am well aware of Bernie’s work on Veteran’s affairs and I take it as an insult for you to dismiss his efforts so cavalierly not even bothering to check your facts.

Your representation of Hillary as world’s most admired woman might have mentioned that in 2015 she received 13% of 1st and 2nd votes of those women living today. Not exactly an overwhelming selection. Carly Fiorina came in tied for 5th. Auspicious company.

Your wonderment at her having “become the poster child of greed and manipulation” seems to be ignoring a long history of scandal and manipulation, close associates in jail and the matter of $125 million in speaking fees from Wall Street for her and her husband spice he left office. You understand this was the people she was representing in the Senate. She also accepted donations to her foundation from people she was dealing with while Secretary of State. Do you understand the concept of Conflict Of Interest?

I am one of those Bernie supporters that you are accusing of being “blinded by reality.” I also believe Hillary is “flip-flipper” having changed her stance, not due to new information just after reviewing new polling data. When enough people supported same sex marriage she finally came along. Not because she was convinced but because it was now popular. There are many, many other issues, so many the first question she was asked at the first Democratic debate was if she would say anything to be elected. Ted Cruz was asked the same question.

Push all of your defenses aside there is only one issue that really matters. This election is about money in government. As much as any election in our history this is a single issue election. Hillary Clinton IS the poster child for money in government. She has joined the oligarchy and no one, except maybe you, believes this will not influence her decision making. If she secures the nomination she will move back to the right. If she secures the election she will enrich her buddies and herself with a “New Democrat” version of Reaganomics continuing the failed trickle down policies of the Republicans and further destroying the economy of the American public. It would be impossible, with her financial entanglements, for her to achieve this one objective that must be accomplished before any others can even be debated because the corruption of this obscene amount of money available so badly taints the discussion.
