Do you know that you can use «f» and «x» to modify tests behavior, isn’t it? For example you can change «it» for «fit» and use CMD+U to run only that test. Or «fdescribe» to focus each test run on a complete suite. At the same time, you can exclude some test/suites writing «xit» or «xdscribe». I mean, sometimes a button is fast. But for my, a simple test interface and a keyboard shortcut is faster :)
