Why a Low-Carb Diet Is Best for Weight Loss
P. D. Mangan

I lost over 100 pounds and seem to be maintaining it now. I limited carbs to average of 100 gm daily. Several times in the past, I lost over 50 pounds on a less than 40 gm daily approach, and quickly gained it back. This time, I took a couple of years and focused more on sustainable lifestyle changes, rather than starting with a focus on diet and exercise. Starting with a focus on gradually, permanently, changing habits rather than a temporary, radical diet and activity change seems to be key to those maintaining success over time.
