You would be happy in Puerto Rico where one of the most common condiments is Mayo-Ketchup — 1/2 c mayo, 1/2 c ketchup, 1 garlic clove crushed. Mix together, refrigerate at least half an hour for the flavors to meld.
Dip fried plantains (tostones), shrimp, french fries, whatever! I always put both ketchup and mustard on my hot dogs. I had no idea eveyone did not do that!
