At RCN we’re super excited to sponsor the ETH San Francisco this weekend! ETHSF is the world’s largest Ethereum hackathon.
We are announcing a prize for the best RCN based hackathon project. RCN Loans with a combined value of 1500 USD will be awarded to the teams using the RCN Protocol to build the most innovative and robust prototype integration.
You can check our GitHub to get a few hacking ideas and apply as a hacker if you’re planning to join us at the event this weekend.
Judges
The loans will be awarded by a panel of judges composed by the core RCN dev team. We will look for creative use cases and assess the best prototype implementations.
A few ideas to hack
- Build a dApp meant to request loans providing collateral.
- Create a decentralized lender as a DAO with automated rules for lending.
- Create a leasing dApp on top of the RCN Protocol.
- Build a dApp / mobile app to request loans using social network information.
- Create an Oracle using a decentralized source of information.
- Build a platform to create a company profile and request loans on the company name.
- Use RCN on a crowdfunding site to fund projects.
- Create a tool to analyze the behavior of a Borrower/Cosigner.
