Good, concise article concerning controlling our thoughts or being “mindful” in our daily living. I have struggled with a deficit in executive function my whole life and have learned to compensate by learning new techniques and strategies. I think that when one practices being mindful we can improve our life by observing our thoughts and changing those that no longer serve a useful purpose. For me it is most decidedly a daily effort albeit one well worth the energy and effort!
