Why You Can’t Make Your Relationship Last
Heidi K. Isern

I think everyone understands the idea of “growing a relationship.” The real problem is choosing the right soil. Early relationships are a bit like the “black earth” sold at big chain stores. It’s just dyed black. We see the same thing with early relationships. We make everything look good, but is there enough “nutritional value” to build actual growth? My “black earth” grows nothing. So I’d suggest making sure the soil is good first. Then you can “grow your relationship.”
