“I want to share my life experience [with someone]. [I think I’m most grateful for the fact] that I’m able to to make adult decisions. I can’t remember most of my childhood, and I’d rather keep it that way. Growing up was very hard and I believe I’m better off not remembering all of it. [Do I feel that my childhood was happier than most other people’s?] My family is complicated. My brother has worked really hard to get where he is, which isn’t the best, and [I would describe my relationship with my mother as] complex. As for my childhood, HELL NO! [My most terrible memory was] when I was about four years old playing in a park, I remember walking up to two Mexican kids about my age and asking them to play. They said ‘no’ and spit in my face. [This is not meant to be funny, because I would never joke about] racism. [I’ve always dreamed of] travel. My family has never been able to afford it. [If a crystal ball could give me one answer], I would want to know how to get the life I want, [or how to get] powers like the Scarlet Witch from the Avengers. I love how she represents strength and power”.
