Agile Testing Days — Day #0: warming up for the conference!

Today I had a chance to do the checkin in, get my badge and tickets to get free t-shirt and bag. It was also time to meet again some old friends: José Dias and Uwe Gelfert. Thank you for being always awesome and supporters!

The night started with the Speakers Dinner. It was time to connect with new people, share some knowledge and talk about our jobs, companies and also the culture of our countries. I had good conversations with people from Canada, India, England and Germany. All the talks about agile adoption or how to change the mindset of a company or team got to how difficult is the way to change the culture, but that the benefits of this movement are rewarding and positively impact the organizations. Need to invest in empowering the people and have less top>down decisions. Let's focus on people.

I also meet again Maik Nogens, a good friend of the brazilian testing community. And have the chance to give him the CESAR 's testing community’s t-shirt. Thanks Agile Testing Days for this moment.
