As a former Googler, I sometime commuted from SF to Mountain View.

The door-to-door journey took me (on average) 1.5 hours, each way.

That’s about 3 hours of my day spent commuting!

It felt like forever, mostly because it was:

Commuting 1.5 hours each way = 31.3 days spent commuting each year.

Relocating to SF and working in Silicon Valley sounded smart, but felt wrong.

Commuting 3 hours per day wasn’t something I felt OK with

Now, let me ask you a question:

…How much of your life is spent commuting?

When I saw those numbers, I knew that I had to made a decision.

I started working remotely in 2013 and never looked back !

Hundreds of startups are hiring the best, wherever they are.

I spent years studying this ecosystem to identify those startups.
