Ingredients:

- 1 cup of semolina (rava)

- 1/2 cup of rice flour

- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions

- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green chilies

- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

- 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper

- 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds

- Salt to taste

- Water as needed

- Oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, rice flour, all-purpose flour, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, crushed black pepper, cumin seeds, and salt.

2. Gradually add water to the mixture while stirring continuously until you achieve a smooth batter-like consistency. Ensure that there are no lumps.

3. Let the batter rest for about 15–20 minutes. This will allow the flavors to meld together.

4. Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle on medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

5. Stir the batter well and pour a ladleful onto the hot tawa. Starting from the center, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

6. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until it turns golden brown and crispy.

7. Flip the dosa using a spatula and cook for another minute on the other side.
