Some people just have it way harder in accepting people as they are, especially when they are so closely involved in their lives.
It’s just how they are and it’s not your fault.
I have encountered people like that too. Heck, even I have been guilty of not accepting people as they are and expecting them to do things I wanted them to do.
Took me a long while to realize it and even longer to force myself to accept people as they are.
