There is no “technology industry”
Anil Dash

There’s a company that provides transportation services for people. It has an app for booking its use, the app tells you when you will be leaving, gives you a receipt via the app or email. The vehicles are scheduled using a lot of technology. Vehicles are tracked and easily located using modern technologies. The company’s name begins with “U.” That we don’t call United Airlines a “technology company” should be an indicator of how useless the term has become.
