Nice article. If Jimi Hendrix were alive today, he’d rock the hell out of a First Act guitar. REALLY good musicians can make junk instruments sing. I think the biggest takeaway here is that Articulate mostly hires high-quality techies, a la mini Hendrixes, who take a flawed system (remote work infrastructure) and push it to succeed.
It also helps that most of your people probably aren’t junior devs, who usually need to be in an in-person setting in order to succeeed. How many of your team members are in junior positions?
